What a year! It seems to have flown by so fast, but it’s safe to say despite some ups and downs that it is ending on a high. I’ve had a great year of fun, laughter and lots and lots of alcohol, not to mention all the amazing weddings which have included smoke bombs, bulldogs and even an eagle. I’ve shot not only in Warwickshire but all around the UK, photographing same sex weddings, festival weddings, barn weddings and I even squeezed in some destination weddings. I’ve loved every crazy minute of it.
I have visited friends in Canada, traveller to Portugal with 16 friends, danced my ass off at Download and I invested in some brand new bad ass branding, that I am IN LOVE with by Matthew Jones. I can not stop looking at my website, I’m so sad! I even lost over 2 stone, which I think I’ve probably put back on over Christmas, oops! Way too much Cheese and Gin.
This year I think I have grown as a photographer and I’ve been able to define my style and produce work that I am truly proud of. I’m so lucky to have met so many awesome couples who have trusted me to capture their special days.
However my sights are very much on 2019 as I will be turning the big 30 and I still have 3 more countries to fit in to achieve my goal of 30 countries before I’m 30. I’m also seeing my favourite country singer Chris Stapleton perform and of course I’ve got some more kick ass weddings to look forward to. 2019 is looking to be my busiest yet! BRING IT ON!!
