Hannah & Adam got married last summer at the beautiful Shustoke Farm Barns in Warwickshire, and had their ceremony at St Gile’s Church which was so touching as Hannah’s grandad conducted the service. In fact the day was particularly special, not only because I can walk to the venue from my house, but because the couple have been in the same close friendship group as my sister since school, therefore I knew most of the guests at the wedding (including my sister Louise who was fan girling me all day) which was really fun. Hannah and Adam have been together since school and Adam proposed to Hannah by taking her on a surprise trip to Barcelona. They chose to get married at Shustoke Farm Barns not only because its relaxed and simple but because Hannah grew up in the house attached to the venue and actually before it was refurbished, I remember picking my sister up from parties that Hannah would hold in the Barn. They loved the exclusivity of the venue, it’s warm intimate feel and also the quality and quantity of the food as both of their families are big eaters. Personally, I love shooting at Shustoke Farm Barns because there are just so many great locations to shoot, couples portraits in and the surroundings are just stunning. The decorated the venue with wild flowers in Gin bottles, had a wheel barrow full of Corona and opted for Wedding donuts instead of a traditional cake!
Thank you so much for my amazing friend Kate Jackson for second shooting for me.
