Nikki and Sarah got married last summer at The White Hart, which is a pub in the historic coaching town of Amptill with a cute outside chill out area. It was such a happy, relaxed day and the sun shone all day long!
Both ladies got ready at The White Hart with their squads, where Nikki’s niece did the both girls make up. The atmosphere was so laid back and full of excitement.
The ceremony was an intimate service at the Court House in Amptill. Both babes were walked down the aisle by their fathers and the service itself was short and sweet, with plenty of giggles in between, it was really cute. Then the guests walked to the venue while I shoot a few group photos before whisking the Nikki & Sarah off for some down time and some quick portraits.
They decorated the area with tea lights and purple flowers, but generally they kept everything minimal and fuss free, which I loved. The reception was in a private room at The White Hart – I love a pub wedding because they are always so cosy and relaxed. Weddings with no fuss and plenty of love are my favourite.
Nikki & Sarah had drinks and canapés in the afternoon, and sparklers in the evening. For dinner they had a hot buffet, and the first dance involved the wedding party getting on the dance floor to get the dancing going. They finished off the evening with shots all round.
My favourite part of the day was the speeches! It was so sunny and everybody was so relaxed outside that the pair decided to have their speeches outside, which worked extremely well. We also snuck out just before sun set for some smoke bomb fun.
Sarah & Nikki’s day was so lovely and full of fun, if you are planning a chilled, no fuss wedding get in touch!
Thanks as always to Danni for being an amazing second shooter.
