Jenni and Jason got married last April at unique Drayton manor, which is a theme park in Staffordshire. They had their ceremony at the Drayton Manor hotel, which is on the parks grounds. It was such a happy day and truly unique!
The ceremony was a beautiful service in the Drayton Manor hotel and honestly it was a real tear jerker. Jenni & Jason then headed outside and braved the horrendous gale force winds for confetti and most importantly to meet some Owls!! They chose the venue because it’s where they had one of their first dates and so it has lots of memories as well as being super cool. The day itself was relaxed with a Harry Potter theme, which was right up my street as I’m a huge HP fan.
I love shooting quirky alternative weddings and Drayton Manor was so much fun weddings because the photo opportunities are just incredible and so unique, especially as the staff take you out on a golf buggy around the park. We got to to take shots on the carousel which was awesome and Jenni and Jason even got to pose next to a statue where they had there photo taken when they first started dating.
Jenni & Jason decorated the venue of course with Harry Potter touches, the most STUNNING wedding cake and beautiful flowers. They even had a Harry Potter themed photo-booth during the party. The most fun part of the day was the dancing, because the moves were hilariously bad and Jenni looked so stunning in her evening dress that was black.
I met the lovely couple who are both tattooist, at Jason’s best man Dan’s wedding which I shot and their enquiry really intrigued me. They said they just wanted to be married, and I thought it was awesome that they love dogs as much as me.
Jenni and Jason’s wedding was just the happiest occasion and had such a chilled vibe. Here’s their wonderful wedding!
